A field blend of organically grown Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Riesling (20%) and Alice Mills Pinot Gris (30%). Incredible pungency with notes of grass, preserved lemon, orange and fresh herbs. In the mouth it’s citrus, herbs and spices and while crispness is to the fore. There’s an underlying textural richness and suppleness with a delightfully long and fresh finish.
